Discount structure

Pay as you go, with no commitments is charged out on a monthly basis after the event with a base rate of £2,000/immersion event. This rate reduces on a sliding scale as follows:

  • First 4 events in any one month - £2,000/event

  • Fifth to ninth events in any one month - £1,875/event

  • Tenth and subsequent events in any one month - £1,750/event

Pre-pay is paid in advance and can be called off as and when required. There is no expiry date. Rates (which apply to all days bought, not incrementally) are:

  • Two to ten events - £1,850/event

  • 11 to 30 events –  £1,750/event

  • 31 to 60 events –  £1,625/event

  • 61 to 99 events –  £1,500/event

  • 100 events or more – £1,250/event

Bite size sessions can often deliver enough, but sometimes you need to become immersed in a subject. Our immersion sessions are particularly aimed at those who are going to spearhead a topic within the organization – those who will make regular use of the expertise, or who will act as ambassadors to spread the word. Most run with 10 to 20 people – that’s still as little as £100 each for a day’s training.

Immersion sessions cost £2,000 per day or are available for small groups at our individual rate of £295/head (minimum 3 attendees).

Like all our sessions, pricing assumes you will provide the facilities and excludes VAT, books and travel expenses. To keep costs down you could omit giving a book to attendees, but we strongly recommend it as a very effective way to sustain the message back into the workplace.

Capturing Customers' Hearts

This one day workshop for senior customer service staff and management explores the nature of customer service. It looks at the opportunities within your company of building on the foundation of good delivery to develop charisma, identifying twelve components that can transform customer perception. Optionally we can test out your customer service before the event and feed the results back into the session – we strongly recommend taking up this option.

It's no longer enough to do the job - you need your customers to love your company, your products and your staff. Here's a chance to make that possible. Where the short Customer Charisma session introduces the basic concepts, the workshop gives participants the chance to develop practical responses to the twelve components within their own organizational environment.
